Glenn Fritts
Glenn Fritts serves as a Broker at Remax Commercial. He focuses on the office, industrial, land, retail and investment divisions of Commercial Real Estate. Glenn also specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties, as well as development and investment analysis throughout the Lehigh Valley, Northampton County and other neighboring counties.
Prior to joining Remax, he has worked as a Director of Commercial Real Estate Development. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry and specializes in cost analysis, project development, fit-out services, providing insight into commercial development, and financial analysis for investment strategies.
Education
Mr. Fritts has obtained extended education from the Fields Management Institute. He studied business management at Ambassadors University in Southern California, and has extended education in project management and development services. He is a member of
the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, a candidate for C.C.I.M., and a Licensed Pennsylvania Broker.
